Description Javier Jardón (IRC: jjardon) 2009-05-17 16:03:33 UTC
http://dolt.freedesktop.org/

Dolt significantly decreases the time taken to compile by working out how to build libraries on the platform at configure time, instead of every time libtool is run.

It'd be nice to have gnome-common integrate this so all gnome modules can benefit from this.

See http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=580062 too

What exactly is there to integrate? You just have to add one call into your configure.ac, that cannot be done by gnome-autogen.
Comment 2 Javier Jardón (IRC: jjardon) 2009-12-21 07:35:20 UTC
Correct, I going to close this then
