Please describe the problem:
Hello,
gnome-nettool is being installed to be run from user, therefore when tcptraceroute is installed the Traceroute tool can't be used.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install tcptraceroute
2. Install gnome-nettool
3. Start gnome-nettool and use Traceroute tool


Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:
- An error message
- Or a combobox to choice between tcptraceroute and traceroute
- Or dialog to request root password

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

tcptraceroute is installed (or suppossed to installed) with suid.
