Description Jon Kåre Hellan 2009-05-08 21:54:41 UTC
New gnumeric. Enter the following:
A1: =B1+C1, B1: 1, C1: 2
Save as ods.
The value 3 gets saved to file, but not the formula.
I see the same bug in 1.8.4 (Debian Etch), but not in 1.8.2 (Ubuntu 8.04).

This is strange: the code in the openoffice plugin from 1.8 to now hasn't changed with the exception of some definitely unrelated part. (Jody enabled printing of string values.)

According to the code we are printing array functions and I verified that that in fact works, but you are right that regular functions don't print now.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
