If you scrub during playback without pausing first, you will need to hit spacebar (or the play button below the previewer) 2 times before it actually starts playing again.

So, to reproduce, two use cases:

"When it works":
- play the timeline
- hit the spacebar to stop playback
- scrub somewhere else in the timeline
- hit spacebar to play

"The bug":
- play the timeline
- scrub somewhere else in the timeline (without pausing first)
- hit spacebar to play, notice that you must hit spacebar a second time for it to work.
