Description Robert Ancell 2009-04-27 07:36:10 UTC
If the remote display is of a higher resolution than vinagre can provide in fullscreen then it would be useful if the screen would pan when moving the mouse to the edge of the display. This is the behaviour of xvnc4viewer.

This would be a very useful function. I use vnc a lot for work, and when taking over a multi-screen host in fullscreen, the remote screen is just way too big.

2 screens @ 1280 wide on the remote makes the local display want to be 2500+ wide...

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version of Vinagre, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/vinagre/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
