Description agc-tester 2009-04-24 05:05:13 UTC
How to reproduced:
   1. Login GNOME with Asian UTF-8 locale, for example, zh_CN.UTF-8.
   1. Create some folders with multi-byte character names
   2. Run file-roller and create one new zip file, and then click 'add folder' icon to add a folder with multi-byte character name.

Result:
The added folder is displayed in garbage.
