Please describe the problem:
When running make distcheck says that 3 of 43 tests failed.

The test that fails are flacdec based, it says test timeout.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run make distcheck on gst-plugins-good git


Actual results:


Expected results:
make distcheck says that 3 of 43 tests failed

Does this happen every time?
I just tried once.

Could you please tell use which bugs fail. Do they also fail if you just run make check?
