Description Przemysław Kulczycki 2009-04-19 12:23:50 UTC
Empathy should add support for Polish IM Tlen.pl. It's quite popular in Poland - it has about 700000 users.
It's protocol is based on Jabber, but it's not compatible with other Jabber servers.
There is a Tlen plugin for Pidgin which works quite well:
http://nic.com.pl/~alek/pidgin-tlen/
It should be quite easy to integrate because there are already other protocols supported by Pidgin plugins in Empathy.

Thanks for your bug report.
First step for this in to add support for this protocol in telepathy-haze.
See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21290

Once that's done, Empathy should add a profile for it.
