Description Rahul Sundaram 2009-04-14 21:37:54 UTC
It would be very much easier if users don't have to do cp .tomboy .gnote and instead had the chance to import notes from Tomboy on first-run similar to say how Firefox does it.

Any reason not using .tomboy directly?

We could but I wanted to have a safer strategy. Also I plan to move the data files to an XDG compatible directory. And then at one point it might diverge from Tomboy.

Definitely I should be automating the migration.

Fixed in master

We import from .tomboy to whatever .gnote uses.

will be in 0.5.0
