IE, Firefox, and the help menu item (which is linked to http://docs.gimp.org/2.6/en/gimp-help.xml), fails.

IE: Internet Connectivity has been lost
Firefox: Connection Interrupted

hi Michael,
not trying to be a pain, really, but ......
priority and severity are both marked 'normal' on this bug.

seems to me it should be MAJOR on at least one of them.

not being able to get help is a MAJOR PROBLEM when i have
a question re GIMP.

I don't get the error listed here.  I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" via direct links from http://www.gimp.org/docs/ or from a number of html documents in my History.

I wouldn't think this an xml timeout issue.  Why would pages opened days apart all time out at the same time?  Wouldn't the pages have failed long before this?  This has more the feel of a server or drive shutting down.
