Binary package hint: gnome-orca

In OpenOffice writer the orca should use 'column and row' phrases instead cell numbers.

I believe that calling them cells won't make sense in a word processer, where tables are usually known by columns and rows.

Test Case
--------------
Openoffice > Table > Insert > Table and insert a 2 x 2 table.

Orca read each cell like 'Cell A1' , 'Cell A2 ' , 'Cell B1' , 'Cell B2'. It would be better if it says 'Column 1, Row 1' for 'Cell A1' instead.

A1, A2, B1, B2, etc., are the accessible names provided by OOo.  These names are also consistent with what one encounters in a spreadsheet.  As such, I believe Orca is doing the proper thing here -- it is presenting the accessible information provided by the application.

If you feel very strongly about this, you might try making a request with the OOo team for non-spreadsheet table cells to have the accessible names you desire.  Keep in mind, however, that you're asking for an increase in verbosity, which is something that many users will not take kindly to.
