Please describe the problem:
The "help" hotkey under es_MX language environment unwork.

Steps to reproduce:
Reproduce Steps:
1. Login OS using OS user name contained localized characters. Runs "Totem" under "Sound & Video".
2. Click the menu "Help".

Actual results:
The "help" hotkey under es_MX language environment unwork.

Expected results:
should not use localized character as hotkey

Does this happen every time?

Surely that's a bug with the es_MX translation, rather than Totem?

Well, in fact is a bug of GTK+/Xorg. I guess the best would be to understand the keyboard acceleratos as the letter itself rather than the letter with the accent. 

However the workaround is to aoid using the underscores for those words, something I'm not willing to do unless is strictly necessary.

I've removed the keyboard accelerator from every (or almost every) application that uses it, moving it to "Índ_ice".

Considering this bug fixed.
