This is a good point, we need to have a coherent UI here. It is "slightly
off" at the moment, I'm not sure how it should be or what needs fixing.

Mike Engber did a lot of work to make the two stay in sync during
the Nautilus 1.0 development. So the task is to find the specific
cases where it doesn't work. I suggest we make individual bug reports
for those cases and then close this one.

Some things still aren't quite right; e.g. the classic pre-GConf
problem that the defaults are not in sync between the capplet and
Nautilus, so to change the default background you have to edit two places.

Also, Nautilus doesn't support the Embossed background type.

I think there may be other issues, but not remembering them offhand.

This seems to be working in 1.5.x.
