Incorrect text:
Reproduce steps:
1. Launch rhythmbox software;
2. Click 'Radio' item in the left 'Library' part;
3. Click 'Browse' icon in the menu bar;
4. Observe 'Genre' part;

Actual string:
"Desconhecido, General, Modern Rock, Music, Pop, Rock'n'Roll, Unknown"

Should be:
Expected string:
"General, Rock moderno, Música, Pop, Rock'n'Roll, Desconocido"

This is not a Spanish bug, but a bug of Rhythmbox itself, there is no string to translate.

Reassigning the bug to Rhythmbox.

If you are wondering about music styles, you could copy the ones from sound-juicer: http://l10n.gnome.org/module/sound-juicer/ if the issue is another one, may you explain yourself?
