Needs some discussion on the actual list presets we'd like to provide (all possible combinations of framerates and resolutions? that sounds kinda impossible).

i think the NTSC preset needs to have either 30FPS or 29.97FPS

You are right, that was a inattention mistake on my part (I changed it on my local copy), it should be 29.97 fps.
