It seems fixed in git head and I can't figure out what commit did it.

In any case, this warning is rather harmless and put in place to find bad elements.

Can you make and attach a debug log like this:

  GST_DEBUG=*bin*:5,*PAD*:5,*EVENT*5 -v playbin2 uri=http://lovesummer.de:3400 >debug.log 2>&1

Then compress and attach the resulting debug.log file to this bug. Thanks.

I'm not sure what I'm doing here.   I tried:

    $ gdb gst-launch-0.10

    gdb> run GST_DEBUG=*bin*:5,*PAD*:5,*EVENT*5 -v playbin2 uri=http://lovesummer.de:3400I get 


but that doesn't seem right?   I get:

    ERROR: pipeline could not be constructed: Unrecoverable syntax error while parsing pipeline GST_DEBUG=*bin*:5,*PAD*:5,*EVENT*5 playbin2 uri=http://lovesummer.de:3400 .

Just paste the line into the console, it sets the GST_DEBUG environment variable to enable verbose debugging of the what's going in. this debug also gets redirected to a file 'debug.log' that you can compress and attach here.

I can recreate the failure, but with the debugging command I can't.

Well, not sure what to do about this then to be honest. We'll need a debug log to make sure the issue is actually what we think it is and that it's gnome. Chances are fairly good this is fixed in git already (possibly in the upcoming -ugly release if it wasn't in the last -good or -base releases), seeing that none of us can reproduce it. Will close as INCOMPLETE for now, since there's not much we can do without more info.
