Launch vinagre.
Right-click on the sidebar to create a new bookmark folder. It's called "New folder".
Do it again.
Do it again.
You have three "New folder" in the sidebar.

Open the bookmark menu. You only have one.

It's probably better to not be able to create two folders with the same name.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
