When removing objects from the Timeline, the scrolling limits of the Timeline aren't properly resetted.

You can observe that by adding a clip, zooming in completely, removing that source => the scrollbar allows you to go to the previous end of the timeline (even though, agreed, there's nothing in the timeline).
