Please describe the problem:
Pulls it from ... /lib ..., better to pull it direct from -variable=gmmprocdir for lib64 platforms

Steps to reproduce:
1. ./autogen.sh on multilib x86_64

That does look correct. However, for now, I have just changed it to do what gtkmm does, for consistency.

Please remember to patch the ChangeLog in future.

Keeping this open because we should maybe use the gmmprocdir variable in all *mm documents.

I assume that the reworked build system does this correctly now.
