The default value for /schemas/apps/totem/subtitle_encoding
has the following comment:
<!-- Translators: This is default subtitle encoding
          character set. You can change this to be the most common
          encoding for fansub subtitles in your language. File a bug
          against Totem, and leave UTF-8 as the default if in doubt. -->
          UTF-8

The dz translation doesn't look like an encoding name:
<default>ཡུ་ཊི་ཨེཕ་-༨།</default>

The string does not exist anymore in git master:
