Description Matthias Clasen 2009-02-15 23:31:04 UTC
The default value for /schemas/apps/gedit-2/preferences/editor/font/editor_font
has the following comment:

<!-- Translators: This is the Editor Font.
        This is a Pango font-->Monospace 12

The pa translation doesn't look like a valid font name:

<default>ਮੋਨੋਸਪੇਸ 12</default>
Comment 1 A S Alam 2009-02-16 00:27:22 UTC
quite not understandable, neither comment nor bug.
What do you want me to do exactly?
* Punjabi (Gurmukhi) Font Name written in english (like Saab)?
Comment 2 Matthias Clasen 2009-02-16 00:49:40 UTC
The translation needs to be a fontname that can be used to select a font. Basically, a name as it appears in the font selection dialog.
Comment 3 A S Alam 2009-02-16 01:21:10 UTC
ok, Thanks for update. I will update and let know in bug with revision.

Comment 4 André Klapper 2011-11-08 10:06:08 UTC
These strings don't exist anymore in git master of gedit.
Closing as OBSOLETE.
