tracker-applet has a menu entry which allows to restart tracker.
All it does though, is to stop trackerd.
Problem is, that trackerd is no longer in $PATH, so
g_spawn("trackerd") in name_owner_changed does no longer work.

It should use the same fix as in tracker-preferences' name_owner_changed method.
