The applet doesn't give me a chance to enter 0000 as a pin nor is there any configuration option. $ hcitool scan Scanning ... 00:0B:0D:88:66:37 G-Rays2 $ hcitool inq 00:0B:0D:88:66:37 Inquiring ... 00:0B:0D:88:66:37 clock offset: 0x6b96 class: 0x001f00 PIN is 0000
