GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 569146
Pango doesn't render styled Monospaced fonts correctly
Last modified: 2018-02-10 03:43:39 UTC
Monospaced fonts that are not styled (i.e. plaintext) are rendered and aligned correctly, but when text is bold, italic, colored, etc., the characters don't line up properly. It's close, but just a bit off.
screenshot?
Also it might be interesting to hear what pango version you have.
Created attachment 127325 [details] Font not monospaced properly This is a screenshot a user sent me.
I am using the version of Pango in the latest test framework that supports versioning.
