Description Andrew O'Neil 2009-01-22 03:12:28 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Occasionally empathy will send messages I've typed to one contact to a different contact entirely. The conversation will continue in the window of the person I meant to type to, but I'll actually be talking to a different contact entirely.

This has only happened to me with msn contacts (using telepathy-butterfly), and I have no reliable way of reproducing this bug.

Which version of mission-control are you using? A known bug causing this problem has been fixed few versions ago.

If you are using a recent version, then that's probably a butterfly bug.
Comment 2 Andrew O'Neil 2009-01-26 21:35:01 UTC
I'm using mission control 4.67.
Comment 3 Guillaume Desmottes 2009-01-26 21:37:40 UTC
Then it's probably a butterfly bug. Could you open one on bugs.freedesktop.org please?
Comment 4 Andrew O'Neil 2009-01-26 21:47:34 UTC
Bug has been reported on bugs.freedesktop.org - https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19748 .
