Description Chris Coulson 2009-01-18 16:37:41 UTC
Please describe the problem:
This was reported at https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcalctool/+bug/318300:

The decimal separator is not shown in the result for some locales. I have tried this with de_DE.UTF-8 locale.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run "LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 gcalctool"
2. Try a calculation such as "100/8".

Actual results:
With gcalctool 5.25.x, 100/8 = 125

Expected results:
Should be "100/8 = 12,5"

Does this happen every time?
Yes
