Please describe the problem:
Dear Developers!

All panel applets labels Orca says correct (for example Volume Manager, Evolution etc), but the network-manager and battery indicator panel applets orca says "Icon" label. This is very difficult identify for blind persons and difficult found this panel applets.
Possible solve this problem? Or if not an Orca bug, how can solve this?

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Tab key until Orca Says top panel.
2. Press tab until Orca says Icon label. You seeing battery indicator panel aplet and network-manager.
3.
