Steps to Reproduce: 
Click Computer in the lower left hand corner of the GNOME desktop. Click the
-More Applications- button. In the Filter input type in evolution. Evolution
(e-mail) should appear in the Application Browser. Click it
This will launch the Evolution mail wizard. 

English String: backup
Translation should be: copia de seguridad

Keep gender concordance! refer to attached screenshot.

It's quite difficult to follow your instructions to reproduce the bug, however thanks to the screenshot I was able to see it.

It is not a bug, "respaldo" is very widely used Spanish as a translation of "backup", and is used not only in Evolution but in many more applications.

And what's up with "keep gender concordance"? Do you mean to keep it for "copia de seguridad" or for "resplado"?

This bug won't be fixed.
