Steps to reproduce:
- Open a windows
- move it on the second screen
- using right-clic on the deskbar, choose "move" to move the window
- move it back to the first screen
- the windows doesn't appear on the first screen and now your pointer is useless. You can move it but you can't click or move anything.

Are you using compiz (desktop effects) or metacity?
Comment 2 Vincent Tschanz 2009-01-06 14:09:09 UTC
Compiz is disabled, (Compiz don't work with xinerama)
Gnome integrated copositing effects are disabled too.

If I move the window using alt-click, everything is fine.
What is different when using moving from the context-menu?
Comment 3 Vincent Untz 2009-01-06 14:15:31 UTC
Don't know what's different. Moving to metacity :-)
(I didn't check, but I don't think there were any relevant changes in libwnck, so likely a metacity change)
