Please describe the problem:
when i play .3g2 files the video plays but there is no audio, i have tried multiple diffrent files but none seem to work  

Steps to reproduce:
run a .3g2 file in totem movie player 

Actual results:
the video plays but there is no sound

Expected results:
there would be sound with the video when the video plays

Does this happen every time?

Don't think we have a bug to dup this to. Will just assume the problem is that the AMR decoders are missing as bastian suggests, which would be NOTGNOME.
