GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 563686
Make it possible to see whether you love or has banned a song
Last modified: 2020-03-17 08:20:42 UTC
It would be neat to be able to see whether you've clicked love or ban in the topbar and the songs are played again.
This applies to SVN trunk.
Bulk changing the assignee to banshee-maint@gnome.bugs to make it easier for people to get updated on all banshee bugs by following that address. It's usually quite apparent who is working on a given bug by the comments and/or patches attached.
Is this bug still valid? I can't find the love/ban buttons on Banshee, either mini mode, normal mode or fullscreen mode. Where are the love/ban buttons?
The Love and Ban buttons are only displayed when you're listening to a Last.fm stations (which are now only available to paying subscribers). Bug #527373 is about making them available for other tracks. So the bug is still valid, but less interesting in the current state of things.
Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived. Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again. See https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/issues/264 for more info.
