According to Localisation Guide, include comment below to facilitate the understanding of the translation of that string.

Should be:
#. Put one translator per line, in the form of NAME <EMAIL>, YEAR1, YEAR2.

I request this because there were problems in the translation because the translator did not know what to put in this line. Thanks.
