Description Patrick Ohly 2008-11-23 17:09:17 UTC
This bug is also tracked upstream, but Chenthill mentioned that Suman might be working on it, so I'm also documenting it here. Because of this bug transitions to and from daylight saving time happen at the wrong time of day. Other programs trying to recognize the time zone are also affected (SyncML servers).
