Basically, the bug seems to exist in Gnome v1.4 with RedHat Linux v7.1. 
When you pick a screen saver and the DPMS, the DPMS doesn't work. If you 
set the screen to blank the screen with DPMS enabled, it works. I wasn't 
the only user with this problem.
