Last modified: 2009-02-25 15:29:23 UTC
Similar to : http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=560315 wharvey@whnmacpro:~/Desktop$ sdptool search SP 00:1B:C1:04:F2:BB Inquiring ... Searching for SP on 00:1B:C1:04:F2:BB ... Service Name: SPP Slave Service RecHandle: 0x10000 Service Class ID List: "Serial Port" (0x1101) Protocol Descriptor List: "L2CAP" (0x0100) "RFCOMM" (0x0003) Channel: 1 Language Base Attr List: code_ISO639: 0x656e encoding: 0x6a base_offset: 0x100 default pin: none I think according to the manual, but will check with the device owner
The pin code is 0000
I need the device name as given by "hcitool scan" as well. And there must be a default PIN code somewhere, otherwise it doesn't actually need pairing, and will accept any connections (or does it have a display?)
The pin code is 0000 according to owner. As for hcitool scan, I have found one occurence here : http://hakutai.org/zaurus/gps.html $ hcitool scan Scanning ... 00:1B:YY:YY:YY:YY HOLUX_M-241 (It has a small display : http://www.holux.com/JCore/en/products/products_content.jsp?pno=341)

Reassigning to bluez-gnome fork, gnome-bluetooth.
