GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 558367
process-working should be a spinner rather than a foot
Last modified: 2009-04-03 06:36:35 UTC
The process-idle and process-working should probably be a spinner (like we did in Firefox and tango-icon-theme) rather than a foot. The foot just feels a bit like stupid-branding and looks out of place in most situations. It also seems like showing a foot in Thailand is considered about as nice as spitting someone in the face. Created attachment 127262 [details] spinner by jimmac jimmac was ok with licensing this under GPL
Created attachment 127263 [details] [review] index.theme file modified to remove the references to animations in 24x24 and 48x48
Commited in svn trunk.
i appreciate that you got rid of the silly foot animation, but can we please have a 48x48 spinner back ? gnome-packagekit relies on that...
Created attachment 128848 [details] the 'source' for the spinner animation. A Blender project file.
So, I need a little help here. I don't know blender at all, but I was willing to give it a try. However, the blender that is packaged in Fedora just says "not a blender file" when I try to open it.
Fixed in SVN.
