Please describe the problem:
Trying to open html files from the command line with "yelp <filename>" opens yelp and shows the error:

Could Not Read File
The file ‘<filename>’ could not be read.  This file might be missing, or you might not have permissions to read it.

<filename> can be a relative or an absolute path.
Opening other types of files, such as xml or manpages, works fine.

I am using version 2.24.0-0ubuntu1 of Ubuntu 8.10.
