I see this:

which is caused by

      <locale name="hr">
        <default>ISO-8859-15</default>
        <short>Kodni rasporedi prikazani u izborniku</short>
        <long>Popis znakovnih skupova prikazanih u izborniku za kodiranje znakova u izborniku datoteka. Koriste se samo prepoznati kodni rasporedi.</long>
      </locale>


since the type of the show_in_menu key is a list, the default value needs to be
[ISO-8859-1]
