Description Emmanuele Bassi (:ebassi) 2008-09-20 20:52:13 UTC
running make check on gnome-utils yields validation errors in the user manual for the gnome-utils sub-modules baobab and logview:

./fi/gnome-system-log.xml:256: element menuchoice: validity error : Element menuchoice content does not follow the DTD, expecting (shortcut? , (guibutton | guiicon | guilabel | guimenu | guimenuitem | guisubmenu | interface)+), got (guimenu CDATA guimenuitem)
./fi/gnome-system-log.xml:264: element menuchoice: validity error : Element menuchoice content does not follow the DTD, expecting (shortcut? , (guibutton | guiicon | guilabel | guimenu | guimenuitem | guisubmenu | interface)+), got (guimenu CDATA guimenuitem)

apparently, the menuchoice element cannot contain text but only those tags.
Comment 1 Emmanuele Bassi (:ebassi) 2008-09-20 20:52:47 UTC
sorry, forgot the baobab error:

./fi/baobab.xml:190: element guimenuitem: validity error : Element guimenuitem is not declared in guimenuitem list of possible children

Ok, committed fixes to the three problems.

I managed to miss 2.24.0 by exactly 60 seconds, it seems :P

Cannot close the bug, as I don't have any special bugzilla rights.

I knew it I had to wait until this evening - even though I would have probably missed the deadline, given my memory. :-)

I did not disable the manual from the build, so it's not a big deal I guess; and it will be in 2.24.1 for sure.

will close it.

thanks a lot for fixing the issue!
