filters broken in svn head

Please describe the problem: Filters appear broken in svn head. Manually calling a filter results in the error message: Error while Filtering Selected Messages. No provider available for protocol 'email' Screenshot of error attached. Steps to reproduce: 1. note that filters are not working on incoming mail 2. select a mail that should be filtered 3. I had to remove my filters.xml and recreate my filters to remedy this. I'm guessing the precursor to this was rebuilding from svn head and upon restart evo had no recollection of any of my previous email account setup ( i had to re-define all my email accounts as if this was a new installation ). Not sure what caused that.
