Description David Ronis 2008-09-04 19:46:02 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I have a complicated spreadsheet that makes a summary report of 4 others. All 5 are read in when gnumeric starts up and the summary imports data from the others using constructs like:

=[fall_lecture.csv]fall_lecture.csv!A1

Where fall_lecture.csv is the name of the file and of the spreadsheet in that file. This has worked reliably for a long time, and in particular works with version 1.9.1. As of 1.9.2 it's broken. The files are read in. The source spreadsheets display properly, but the summary has blanks in all the cells that normally would have =[fall_lecture.csv]fall_lecture.csv!A1's.

I've logged the console output and will attach it in a moment.

Steps to reproduce:
1.
2.

Looks bad. Any chance of getting a copy of the sheets in question?
Comment 3 Morten Welinder 2008-09-04 20:36:39 UTC
Never mind, I see. It's a bug in go_url_resolve_relative. (This is the
non-gnomevfs version that was recently made the only version.)

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.

Any chance you can point me to or send me a patch--I build gnumeric & friends as part of garnome and patches are pretty easy to incorporate
