1) Open attached glade file in a text editor and look for 'id="entry"' - there are two of those, under different toplevels.
2) Open it in glade-3, look for those two entries - they are renamed to entry1 and entry2.

This is fixed in svn, now glade will give you an option
to police your names on a project or toplevel basis.
