GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 549173
Wish: "Stop When Finished" in the tray icon's popup menu
Last modified: 2011-08-17 10:55:35 UTC
The subject says it all, really. I dislike interrupting songs in the middle, so when I'm tired of music I use Playback -> Stop When Finished. It's a bit of a hassle to click on the tray icon and then go hunting through the main window menus for this option.
Created attachment 129048 [details] [review] Added "Stop When Finished" menu item to the notification area menu.
This patch has been around for more than half a year, and it's definitely handy for people who close banshee to the tray. Any chance this could be committed into git sometime?
Any progress about this.
Just pinging here. This two-line patch has been around for more than two years -- will this ever be committed, or is this a WONTFIX?

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
