It should not referecne this deprecated control and point to the actual control, see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=537128

Other information:
Changing mouse pointers is important to users with visual impairment so this should be made a high priority.

The fix is contained in the patch in bug 571140
