Automatic addition of PGP security option on S/MIME-signed message when "edit as new message is used"

Please describe the problem: Downstream bug https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=224804 If a message that is digitally signed by S/MIME and is sent as such and attempt to resent the email via selecting it in the sent folder and using 'edit as new message' from menu automatically adds PGP Sign. This is of more concern as in this example there is NO PGP signature created and assigned in the originating email address security options. Steps to reproduce: 1. 2. 3. GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
