Description Max Battcher 2008-08-14 14:19:23 UTC
It would be nice Banshee 1.x supported streams that are password protected by HTTP Basic/Digest auth, at least in the URI format http://user:pass@server.example.com/playlist.m3u, even without support for a password prompt and/or password manager.

Examples of such streams include the Magnatune "member" streams at download.magnatune.com and streaming.magnatune.com.

Thanks for the bug report.

I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of a bug filed later, because the other bug has a patch. Sorry for the inconvenience.
