Description Jochen Skulj 2008-07-29 16:18:34 UTC
Incorrect translation
Application: l10n

Incorrect text:
In the translation of the German LDAP Configuration screen within evolution the shortcut DN (distinguished name) was also translated this can confuse the use on setup because in every LDAP Configuration it is still DN not like translated EN.

English:
Using distinguished name (DN)

Current German:
Eindeutigen Namen (EN) verwenden
Translated and reviewed by Frank Arnold on 2006-03-19
Located in ../addressbook/gui/component/ldap-config.glade.h:44

Suggested New German:
Eindeutigen Namen (DN) verwenden

This bug was originally filed against the translation of Ubuntu, but I'd rather prefer to fix this issue by the GNOME Upstream Translators. You can find the original bug at:

https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-gnome-de/+bug/252493

Thanks!

Should be:
Suggested New German:
Eindeutigen Namen (DN) verwenden
