Last modified: 2010-12-20 15:05:16 UTC
Zenity should offer an option to show a color selection dialog.

Created attachment 145866 [details] [review] Add --color-selection application option. This patch adds --color-selection application option for displaying color selection dialog. Also, there is --color=COLOR option for setting initially selected color, and --show-palette for displaying palette in color selection dialog.
+ * Copyright (C) 2002 Sun Microsystems, Inc. Is that really correct? Unless you did this work for sun, you should put yourself as (c) (and keep the sun (c) only if you copied part of this code from other files that _are_ (c) sun).
Comment on attachment 145866 [details] [review] Add --color-selection application option. Pushed to master, thanks! Berislav, I changed Copyright holder to you instead of Sun. Let me know if you want to keep Sun as the holder.
I'm on zenity-2.28.0, not finding --color-selection or --show-palette options! External patch must be added?
Reopening, it seems that this new option wasn't landed on 2.30.x See http://git.gnome.org/browse/zenity/tree/src?h=gnome-2-30 Commit[1] was on February 2010, while gnome-2-30 branch creation was on May 1th... I'm missing something?!?!? [1] http://git.gnome.org/browse/zenity/commit/?id=4ccc7f6fac79a189e0c0c4896bb2f0f38d38d7c7
For me, it's available. I use Zenity 2.32.
I'm closing this bug, since it's already implemented. The only error this was implemented in 2.32 instead of 2.30.
