Please describe the problem:
I might be missing something, but it seems Tasque doesn't keep a local copy of the RTM tasks, so when on the road I get no access to my tasks. It'd be nice to be able to work offline and then sync when connected again.

Pretty closely related to bug #527204...should either expand that bug and mark this as a dupe or trim it down and track offline stuff here.
