"while i was burning a DVD using brasero disk burning in ubuntu 8.04,i moved the files included for burning to another directory brasero closed with an error message and the disc was unusable
 it would be nice if it finish burning with remaining files or keep track of moved files"

I'm afraid that's not possible. All the programs on which brasero rely need to know all files that are to be included before running and this MUST NOT BE CHANGED after they were given. The reason for this is that before writing the data with the files themselves, brasero writes first the filesystems headers with the addresses of all files.
Btw, Brasero keeps track of all files removed while you haven't clicked on "burn".
